Adam Morris

Founder and Managing Director

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Adam is the MD of Avagio ITS Limited and is responsible for business development and delivering excellence throughout the organization. Adam is passionate about helping clients to flourish by exploiting relevant technology.

Outside of work, Adam is kept busy with his two daughters, but does find time to play table tennis, and annoy his neighbours with his trumpet playing.

Liam Broughton

Service Director

Liam joined Avagio in 2008 after cutting his teeth supporting SMEs with their IT in the Southampton area. Liam oversees our support team ensuring consistent high quality service provision, project delivery and technology sourcing for clients, in addition to being the virtual Chief Information Officer for our clients. His passion is ensuring that clients IT meet their business goals.

His interests are all maritime in nature – scuba diving, sailing and swimming, whilst doting on his new born daughter and watching his wife compete in wheelchair tennis.

Liam Caldicott

Service Desk Team Lead

After joining Avagio in early 2014 as a support engineer, Liam is now the Avagio Service Desk Team Lead. Liam is responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are being met and that an excellent level of service is provided by the team on a consistent basis. Liam is passionate about delivering our worry free service and is always looking for new ways to drive the team to new levels.

When he’s not at work he also tries to log a few hours of gaming & spending time with family.

Tanyul Sedgley

Projects Engineer

Tanyul has been in IT for over 14 years, supporting a host of clients in all sectors of the business world. He loves researching and solutionising client IT projects, overseeing the installations of servers and creating new networks whilst supporting the First Line Team. He is the man to go to when your IT crashes.

Outside of work he is your typical family guy, spending time running after his young toddler!

Rіcky Fennіng

Projects/Service Desk Engineer

Ricky joined Avagio as an Engineer in 2013 and brings many years’ experience in servers, networking and desktop support. He also brings niche mobile device and Linux support to Avagio. Ricky is a core member of the Avagio team and has achieved numerous Microsoft Certifications since joining Avagio. He is also an Apple Certified Support Professional.

Outside work, Ricky is kept busy with his two children and in his spare time enjoys bike riding, going to the gym and flying light aircraft!

Steve Bates

Service Desk Engineer

Steve has been in IT Support & Management for over 20 years. He has a broad range of technical skills covering many Industry standard network solutions.
Over the years Steve has also acquired skills in team and project management and has a passion for making sure business continuity awareness is at the top of a client’s thought process when working with IT.
Out of work Steve likes nothing more than spending time with his family out for walks in the countryside. He is currently trying to catch up on all those box sets available on demand.

Sam Markley

Service Desk Engineer

Sam has been working in IT for 6 years. He wanted to work in IT to help people/businesses who may not understand IT or want to make it as easy and worry free as possible for them.

Sam worked for a cloud based MSP company before and enjoyed helping companies ensure their systems stay online and proactive support is always applied. He came to Avagio to further his career and help provide solutions and pro active fixes for customers to a high standard.

In his spare time he enjoys gaming and playing drums.

Kevin Jones

Service Desk Engineer & Technical Sales

Kevin comes to Avagio from a hardware background where he has spent years striping down and repairing all types of I.T. equipment earning him a Comptia A+ certificate.
He is very much a people person and enjoys the non-technical side just as much as repairing I.T equipment.
In his spare time he study’s Martial arts holding a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do and also enjoys Hiking with his family.

Alex Cowley

Service Desk Engineer

Alex joined Avagio last year, a recent college leaver, taking his first steps of his career into the IT industry. Alex has hit the ground running and has currently passed multiple Microsoft exams already in just a few months. Alex is constantly learning and developing new skills.

Alex is a Microsoft Certified engineer. In his spare time, he loves to play video games with his friends as well as cycling and target rifle shooting.

Sam Macdonald

Service Desk Engineer

Sam has joined Avagio in October of 2016 as an apprentice and is working on building his IT knowledge with the help of the Avagio Team. His main role is managing the Microsoft Office 365 platform for our clients. He has significant experience with hardware and software as he has been passionate about IT and computers for most of his life

In his spare time, he works on his skills as a drummer, and is currently at Grade 7.

Richie Kennedy

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Richie joined Avagio in 2017 with a history in marketing, sales and management.

Richie joins Adam in sales and marketing and helps with arranging events & seminars. In particular, Richie spreads the good news about our specialised cyber security, networking and IT support services, for small & medium sized businesses and how we deliver friendly first-rate service with “Worry free IT”.

Outside of work, Richie is studying to improve his current range of skills within business finance and management. He also enjoys a good BBQ in the sunshine or volunteering for the charity – National Association of Bikers with Disability (NABD).

Helen Morris

Finance Manager

Helen is responsible for finance and book keeping, ancillary, but very important parts of a successful business.

In her spare time, Helen is a ballet mum ferrying her kids to a multitude of ballet and dance events and training classes and is also a member of very successful local community choir.
